WebIQ Designer only 30 tags after license of 150tags activated

I just upgraded my ctrlX to Ubuntu 20. And i installed core18 parrelel to the system app core20 to maken WebIQ work.

Now I just installed the 150 tags Licenese for WebIQ but my webiq Designer still says I can only use a limit of 30 variables? See pic.

IS this because of the upgrade to ubuntu20 or is there something else at play?

I did look at the topic. I deleted and reinstalled the WebIQ runtime app while the license was activated.

But I still have a free edition WebIQ Designer with only 30 tags.

Any other ideas?

After reinstalling webiq runtime app I started WebIQ designer from my local stored designer, see: 

But it seems to be that I have to start-up my designer throught de CORE with the following command to makeuse of the license, see:
