Changelog - HMI System WebIQ (Designer & Runtime, link below) says: WebIQ Server must wait until ctrlX is ready. I updated the controller with version Version 2.15.3, but no change in behaviour, unless there is a setting I miss.
If someone can share how and where to configure, I would appreciate.

Hello,
Could you please clarify what system you are hosting the WebIQ runtime on? Is this a ctrlX CORE or IPC?
Also, @CodeShepherd this should probably be moved to WebIQ sub.

Moved to corresponding sub forum "Smart HMI - WebIQ Designer and Server".

Just dropping in here: you cannot configure this here with WebIQ as this works automatically. If it doesn't work we can investigate this after you have provided the requested information on your system and this has been ruled out as cause of the issue.

Thanks for the info.
So what exactly is the problem you are experiencing? I'm not entirely sure what that release note is getting at.
Also, where did you get WebIQ Server App 2.15.3?

WebIQ Server App 2.15.3 is from the ctrlx store.
Based on the post below, the HMIs will have updates fixing the server/client startup time differences.

Ok, so this is specifically pertaining to the WR21. I am not seeing anything in the post you linked regarding server/client startup synchronization with WebIQ.
See: Delay WebIQ Startup WR Panel for a workaround.

You missinterpreted the change log. This log just means, that the webIQ license server waits for ctrlX license server, to retrieve the licenses. It has nothing to do with the fact that you can't display a WebIQ project, until ctrlX is not completely ready.
