Indradrive HCS02 fault F4012

Hello everyone! Coud you help me please. I have the equipment with Indradrive HCS02. It system connects with servo motor and additional encoder for synchronization. This system communicates with the PLC Siemens S7300 by PROFIBUS. Now we have problem. Indradrive showes fault  F4012. What's it means? Is it problem with communication between Indradrive and PLC or Indradrive and encoder? Where should i look for the problem? Thanks a lot!

Hi,

check the configuration word (master communication -> setting )drive side and in the plc S7-300 hardware configuration.

The number of word must to be the same otherwise you have F4012

error.
