I am unable to connect my ctrlX core the internet. I am trying to set up an internet connection because I get an error while trying to install InfluxDB, since it is trying to retrieve core22, but it cannot due to the lack of an internet connection.
My setup is as follows:
I am trying to connect by following the instructions in this how-to article: Connect real ctrlX CORE via proxy to the Internet (boschrexroth.com)
I have download px.exe and configured the inbound exception as described in the article. In the px.ini file, I have configured gateway = 1. This is what the program looks like when it is running.
I have also configured the proxy settings on the ctrlX interface as follows.
The error message I recieve when trying to install InfluxDB using these settings is the one at the top of this post.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!

I solved this issue. Firstly, it was important that my IPv4 connection was not working, and I fixed it by disabling my PC's WiFi adapter to eliminate any other devices on the network competing for the 192.168.1.1 address. Additionally, the proxy settings of my ctrlX core, I was listing the IP address of my ctrlX core's network adapter (192.168.1.1) when I should have been listing the IP address of my PC's network adapter (192.168.1.10).
