error with XML FB

Hello,

A customer is using the XML_Utility_SL library to convert some data to XML. He is using the FB XMLFindElement and XMLWrite.

It works fine until it gives an error. Then he could not restart FB and needs to do a Clear all or reboot the CtrlX to get FB working again.
I attach pictures. In the picture it seems that the error is Invalid_License.

Any idea why this is happening?
