Device Bridge failed to read data from datalayer

Hi,

i tried to use a device bridge (version 3.2.4) to read data from the ctrlX datalayer.

The device bridge is successfully connected to the device (screenshot)

But the tag does not get access to the datalayer (screenshot)

is there any solution?

We understand your concern.

The DL_SEC_UNAUTHORIZED issue while accessing or reading data from data layer was reproduceable in our latest firmware released and the same has been intimated to Rexroth ctrlX team

This is to inform you that the response is awaited and will keep you posted as soon as we have some updates from Rexroth
